Felipe Carwachinchay is a third-generation coffee farmer in San Ignacio, Peru, striving to produce beautiful Peruvian coffees. He has been producing coffee for over 15 years at his farm, La Lima, where he introduced this Geisha variety, which he purchased from previous Cajamarca COE (Cup Of Excellence) competitors. As his business grows, he hopes to acquire specialized equipment like pH meters, sugar meters, and thermometers to build on his proven ability to produce exceptionally good coffees.
