We sourced our first Finca La Reserva coffee–a lovely anaerobic honey Geisha– through Genuine Origin back in 2024. The following year, we met Cumbres, a Colombian green coffee company that owns six farms, one of which–to our surprise–was La Reserva. We bought this double anaerobic natural Geisha directly from Cumbres and are proud to be offering La Reserva’s coffee again. La Reserva was acquired by Cumbres in 2018 and revitalized by farm manager Juan Felipe, who saw the 400-hectare (988-acre) farm’s potential for specialty coffee.

This coffee was exported by Cumbres who paid La Reserva $9.20/lb of green coffee.

We paid Cumbres $10.60/lb of green coffee and $2.27/lb in shipping costs for 20kg (44lbs) of coffee.

Our final green cost was $12.87/lb
